S&P: CNPC (HK) notes cnAAA
Following an error, Standard & Poor's said it corrected the Greater China credit scale issue rating to cnAAA on the outstanding senior unsecured notes due 2016 issued by CNPC (HK) Overseas Capital Ltd.
The issuer is a special purpose vehicle of CNPC Finance (HK) Ltd. and guarantees the notes.
The A+ issue rating on the notes is unaffected.
The agency also said it should have assigned cnAAA Greater China credit scale issue ratings to the senior unsecured notes due 2021 and 2041 that were issued at the same time.
The A+ ratings on the notes are unaffected.
