New Issue: China Molybdenum sells RMB 1 billion 3.8% sustainability-linked MTNs

Los Angeles, Feb. 16 – China Molybdenum Co., Ltd. priced RMB 1 billion of 3.8% three-year sustainability-linked notes at par, according to a company announcement.

Bank of China Ltd. is the bookrunner and lead underwriter with China Construction Bank Corp. as joint lead underwriter.

This is the company’s first tranche of medium-term notes for 2022.

China Molybdenum is a Luoyang, China, molybdenum and tungsten producer.
