China Modern Dairy plans to price senior notes via seven bookrunners

Concord, N.H., July 6 – China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd. plans to price senior unsecured notes (expected rating: /BBB/), according to a notice.

Joint lead managers and joint bookrunners are Barclays Bank plc, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc, China International Capital Corp. Hong Kong Securities Ltd., Cooperatieve Rabobank U.A., Hong Kong Branch and CMB International Capital Ltd.

The proceeds of the Regulation S notes will be used for refinancing and general corporate purposes.

The dairy farming company is based in Maanshan, Anhui, China.
