Madison, Wis., April 10 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. said it issued RMB 4.3 billion of two-year bonds on Friday.
The bonds were priced at par of RMB 100.
This is China Galaxy’s third tranche of subordinated bonds for 2015.
Proceeds will be used to supplement working capital.
The brokerage is based in Beijing.
