Madison, Wis., March 6 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. said it issued RMB 2.63 billion of one-year bonds on Friday.
The 5.02% bonds were priced at par of RMB 100.
The new bonds make up China Galaxy’s 2014 third tranche of short-term corporate bonds previously authorized by shareholders. In December, the company had announced plans to issue RMB 12.6 billion of short-term corporate bonds within one year. The company issued a first tranche totaling RMB 6 billion on Dec. 26.
Proceeds will be used to supplement working capital.
The brokerage is based in Beijing.
