China Eastern talks RMB three-year benchmark notes at 4 7/8% area

Atlanta, March 6 - Shanghai-based China Eastern Airlines Corp. Ltd. set talk in the 4 7/8% area for its upcoming renminbi-denominated issue of benchmark-sized notes due in three years, a market source said.

Agricultural Bank of China Hong Kong branch, DBS Bank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Standard Chartered Hong Kong are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The notes will be issued by Eastern Air Overseas (Hong Kong) Corp.
