Madison, Wis., May 22 – China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. issued RMB 20 billion of bonds in China’s national interbank bond market on May 20, according to a company press release.
The issue included 4.1% three-year bonds and 4.3% five-year bonds.
Proceeds will be used to replenish the company’s operational capital, to optimize its asset and liability structure, to promote business development and financial innovation, and for other purposes.
The Beijing company first announced plans to issue the bonds in December.
China Cinda provides asset management, consulting, investment, financial and risk management services to individuals and businesses.
