Chile to sell notes in two parts, including add-on to its 2032 notes

New York, Jan. 19 – The Republic of Chile plans to sell notes in two tranches, including an add-on to existing notes, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering includes an add-on to the issuer’s 2.55% notes due 2032. Chile originally issued $750 million of the notes on Jan. 27, 2020.

The 2.55% notes are redeemable beginning Oct. 27, 2031.

Joint lead managers and bookrunners are BNP Paribas, Citigroup, HSBC, JPMorgan and Santander.
