Children's Hospital and Clinics of Minnesota offers $50 million bonds

New York, March 5 - The Children's Hospital and Clinics of Minnesota is expected to price $50 million in series 2010A health care facilities revenue bonds through the City of Minneapolis and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AAA/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Piper Jaffray & Co. as the senior manager.

The bonds are due 2011 to 2022 with term bonds due 2025, 2030 and 2035.

Proceeds will be used to reimburse Children's Hospital and Clinics for costs related to expanding and improving existing facilities.
