Indonesia's Aerospace Satellite talks notes due 2015 at 12¾% area

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Nov. 8 - Indonesia's Aerospace Satellite Corp. Holding BV set price guidance for its planned $180 million to $200 million offering of five-year notes (B2/B/) at the 12¾% area, a market source said.

HSBC and Standard Chartered are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes, which are non-callable for three years.

Proceeds will be used to finance acquisitions and for other issue-related expenses.

Aerospace Satellite is a special purpose vehicle of PT MNC Sky Vision, an Indonesian satellite pay television company.
