Dominican Republic’s Aerodom gets no more tenders for 9¼% notes, redeems last $62.54 million

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 2 – Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI, SA (Aerodom) said investors tendered $421,463,000, or 87%, of its 9¼% senior secured notes due 2019 as of the expiration of its tender offer for the notes at 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 1.

All of those notes were tendered by the early tender deadline of 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 18.

The remaining $62,537,000 of notes were redeemed on Feb. 2 at 104.625 plus accrued interest.

The company settled the early tendered notes on Jan. 20. It used proceeds from a $317 million private placement of 6¾% senior secured notes due 2029 and borrowings under a new $216 million senior secured term loan credit facility due March 31, 2024 to finance the tender and redemption.

The total purchase price for the tendered notes was $1,050.31 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes.

The total amount included an early tender payment of $4.06 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Aerodom began tendering for the notes on Jan. 4.

The company also paid accrued interest to the payment date.
