Moody’s lowers Aerodom

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded the rating of the senior notes issued by Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI, SA (Aerodom) to B1 from Ba3.

The outlook was changed to stable from negative.

Moody’s said the action reflects the effect of the outcome of dispute between Fumisa and Mexico City's International Airport and the low passenger growth on the Dominican airports.
