Moody's: Aerodom notes view to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook to negative from stable on the Ba3 rating of the $550 million senior notes issued by Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI, SA (Aerodom).

The outlook action reflects a number of issues including lack of clarity regarding the lease of Inmobiliaria Fumisa, SA de CV at the Mexico City International Airport, which expired on Dec. 31.

Moody's said the negative outlook reflects the potential impact that the legal proceedings with Mexico City International Airport could have regarding the renewal of sub-lease contracts and the cash flows stemming from them.
