New Issue: Charleston County School District, S.C., sells $119.99 million of notes

New York, April 22 – The Charleston County School District of South Carolina sold $119,995,000 of series 2015 general obligation bond anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.
The notes (MIG 1//) were sold competitively.
The offering included $46,325,000 of series 2015A notes, $49,565,000 of series 2015B notes and $24,105,000 of series 2015C notes.
The 2015A notes are due Nov. 13, 2015 and have a 0.75% coupon priced at 100.334 to yield 0.11%.
The 2015B notes are due May 4, 2016 and have a 2% coupon priced at 101.761 to yield 0.23%.
The 2015C notes are due May 4, 2016 and have a 2% coupon priced at 101.761 to yield 0.23%.
Proceeds will be used to construct, renovate and equip school facilities in the district.
