Aeropuertos Argentina enters $120 million credit facilities

Los Angeles, Aug. 13 – Corporacion America Airports SA subsidiary Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 SA entered into an $85 million onshore credit facility and a $35 million offshore credit facility on Friday, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The creditors were Citibank NA, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) SA, Banco Galicia and Buenos Aires SAU and Banco Santander Rio SA.

The credit facilities have a term of 36 months from the borrowing date.

The principal amount under each facility is to be repaid in eight quarterly installments, with the first one to be made 12 months of the borrowing date.

The onshore loan bears interest at 9¾%, and the offshore facility bears interest at Libor plus 550 basis points.

Proceeds will be used for the construction of infrastructure works in the airports that integrate group A of the National Airport System regulated by the company.

The airport operator is based in Luxembourg.
