New Issue: Charleston County, S.C., prices $59.69 million G.O. bonds

New York, May 7 - Charleston County, S.C., sold $59,685,000 of series 2013 general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The deal included $28.99 million of series 2013A G.O. refunding bonds and $30,695,000 of series 2013B G.O. taxable refunding bonds.
The 2013A bonds are due 2019 to 2024 with 3% to 5% coupons and 1.13% to 1.98% yields. The 2013B bonds are due 2013 to 2021 with 0.25% to 2% coupons with 0.25% to 1.90% yields.
The bonds (/AAA/AAA) were sold competitively. The issuer did not respond to requests for the winning bidder Tuesday.
Proceeds will be used to refund the county's series 2004 and 2007 G.O. bonds.
