Charles Schwab to sell dual tranches of fixed-rate senior notes

New York, March 20 – Charles Schwab Corp. is offering dollar-denominated senior notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

The SEC-registered deal has five joint bookrunning managers, including BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Charles Schwab is a San Francisco-based brokerage, advisory firm and asset management company.
