Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen new issue details emerge

Chicago, Aug. 5 – Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen, SA is in the market with a $1.85 billion senior secured notes offering in two parts, in part to fund its tender offer which expires Aug. 18, according to details about the new offer provided by a market source and an announcement from the issuer earlier on Thursday.

Talk is circulating that the issuer is planning to sell $550 million of 20-year notes with initial price talk in the 4½% area.

A larger $1.3 billion tranche of 40-year notes has talk in the 5 5/8% area.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S deal is being led by joint bookrunners BofA Securities, Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Lead on the deal is Banco General.

The airport is located in Panama City.
