Fitch: Aeroinvest notes on watch

Fitch Ratings said it places the BBB rating for Aeroinvest's about Ps. 2.1 billion class A notes on rating watch negative.

The rating watch negative reflects a significant decline in passenger traffic in the fourth quarter of 2008 and in January, the agency said.

In addition, the declining traffic and ongoing financial market crisis has resulted in the decline of GACN B share value, triggering structural features, Fitch said, adding that it anticipates completing a full review of the project in the next few weeks.
