China’s 361 Degrees plans offering of dollar-denominated senior notes

Columbus, Ohio, May 17 – 361 Degrees International Ltd. is planning an offering of dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a notice.

The company said the terms of the proposed note issue, including the aggregate principal amount and interest rate, will be determined through a book-building exercise to be conducted by Merrill Lynch International as the global coordinator, bookrunner and lead manager.

361 Degrees is a sportswear company based in Xiamen City, China.
