Moody's lowers Aeroflex to SGL-3

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Aeroflex Inc.'s corporate family rating and senior secured credit facility rating at B1 and lowered the speculative grade liquidity rating to SGL-3 from SGL-2.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said this follows Aeroflex's announcement that it is seeking an amendment to the maximum total leverage ratio covenant levels governing its credit facility.
