Aeroflex launches $370 million 10-year notes via Goldman Sachs

St. Louis, July 13 - Aeroflex Inc. will begin a roadshow on Monday for its $370 million offering of 10-year senior notes, according to an informed source, who added that the offering is expected to price during the week of July 23.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights offering.

The notes will have five years of call protection.

Credit ratings remain to be determined.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the leveraged buyout of the company by Veritas Capital.

Aeroflex is a Plainview, N.Y., provider of technology services to the aerospace, defense, cellular and broadband communications markets.
