Cenveo in talks about loan amendment to revise covenants

New York, March 16 - Cenveo Inc. is in discussions with the lead bank on its credit facility about an amendment to gain flexibility under covenants, according to a news release.

The company said it is looking into an amendment as a result of the uncertainty in the financial markets coupled with limited sales visibility.

Cenveo is a Stamford, Conn.-based printing company.
