AerCap Holdings closes $600 million eight-year secured credit facility

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 21 – AerCap Holdings NV completed a $600 million secured credit facility, the company announced in a press release.

The facility matures in 2024 and will primarily be used to acquire eight new aircraft as they are delivered from Boeing and Airbus through 2017.

AIB Corporate Banking, Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking, Commerzbank AG, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Credit Agricole CIB, DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale, Helaba, HSBC, KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, MUFG and National Australia Bank acted as lead arrangers on the deal, and Credit Agricole acted as facility agent and security trustee.

The total amount of financing transactions completed by the company in 2016 to date is $3.5 billion.
