Mount Nittany Medical Center, Pa., considers refunding bond offering

New York, Jan. 27 – The Mount Nittany Medical Center of Pennsylvania is expected to price refunding bonds on behalf of the Mount Nittany Physician Group, according to a statement from the center.

The center will use the proceeds from the proposed deal to refund its series 2011 bonds issues through the Centre County Hospital Authority.

Pricing of the bonds will be contingent upon market and other conditions.
