S&P lifts California water bonds to AAA
Standard & Poor's said it raised its rating and underlying rating on the California Department of Water Resources' water revenue bonds to AAA from AA.
S&P also said it assigned an AAA rating to the department's $630.11 million of series AE water system revenue bonds (Central Valley project).
The outlook is stable.
