Central Utah Water Conservancy readies $125.6 million sale of bonds

New York, Oct. 29 - The Central Utah Water Conservancy is set to price $125.6 million of series 2012C water revenue bonds during the week of Oct. 29, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (//AA+) will be sold through senior manager George K. Baum & Co.

Proceeds will be used to fund a portion of the district's capital plan, including costs related to the Central Water Project and the district's share of the Central Utah Project, as well as to fund a debt service reserve fund.
