New Issue: Central Utah Water Conservancy prices $63.12 million refunding bonds

New York, April 28 - The Central Utah Water Conservancy District sold $63.115 million of series 2011B limited tax general obligation refunding bonds on Thursday, according to a pricing sheet.

George K. Baum & Co. was the senior manager for the bonds (//AAA)

The bonds are due 2012 to 2026 with a term bond due in 2028. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5.25%. The 2028 bonds have a 5% coupon to yield 4.15%.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt.
