Moody's: Central Parking unaffected by sale

Moody's Investors Service said that Central Parking Corp.'s planned sale of properties held at its wholly owned property subsidiary, PropCo, while a credit positive, will not immediately impact Central Parking's B3 corporate family rating and negative outlook.

The credit profile is improved because sale proceeds will be used to address near-term debt maturities at PropCo.
