Sumter County IDA, Fla., plans $50 million Central Florida Health debt

New York, Feb. 19 - The Sumter County Industrial Development Authority of Florida plans to sell $50 million of series 2014A hospital revenue bonds for the Central Florida Health Alliance, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Baa1/BBB+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with PNC Capital Markets LLC as the senior manager.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to reimburse the Villages Regional Hospital of the Villages, Fla., for capital improvements to the hospital's facilities.
