Fitch rates AEON Thana Sinsap's notes A-(tha)

Fitch said it assigned AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) PCL’s (AEONTS; A-(tha)/stable) upcoming issue of Thai baht-denominated senior unsecured notes a national long-term rating of A-(tha).

Proceeds of the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing.

The rating is based on AEONTS' national long-term rating, as the notes represent the company's senior unsecured obligations, Fitch said.
