Thailand's AEON Thana Sinsap plans to issue $15 million debentures

Madison, Wis., June 27 - AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) PCL said that its board of directors approved the planned issuance of $15 million unsubordinated and guaranteed debentures.

The debentures will have a tenor of five years.

The company said it plans to offer the debentures to investors in Japan.

AEON Thana is a Bangkok-based financial company.
