S&P lifts CCRE view to stable

S&P said it revised the outlook on Central China Real Estate Ltd. (CCRE) to stable from negative.

The agency said it also affirmed the B+ long-term issuer credit rating on CCRE and a B+ long-term issue rating on the company's outstanding senior unsecured notes.

S&P also said it revised the outlook on CCRE to stable from negative because the company's improved debt leverage is also expected to stabilize in 2018.

The company's operational scale will continue to benefit from the new management's faster asset-turnover model, the agency added.
