New Issue: Pulaski County Public Facilities, Ark., sells $50.8 million Carti debt

New York, Nov. 1 - The Pulaski County Public Facilities Board of Arkansas priced $50,775,000 of series 2013 health facilities revenue bonds for the Central Arkansas Radiation Therapy Institute Inc., or Carti project, according to an official statement.

The bonds (//BBB+) were sold through Raymond James/Morgan Keegan.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2028 with term bonds due in 2033 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5.25% with 1% to 4.87% yields. The 2033 bonds have a 5.25% coupon to yield 5.33%, and the 2043 bonds have a 5.5% coupon to yield 5.65%.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction of a 170,000 square-foot multi-story cancer treatment center with clinic, imaging, research, pharmacy, genetics, support program and associated facilities in Little Rock, Ark.
