Aeolus Pharmaceuticals concludes $390,500 private placement of units

Offer sells 1,562,000 units of shares and warrants at $0.25 apiece

Knoxville, Tenn., March 7 - Aeolus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. completed a $390,500 private placement of units on March 4, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 1,562,000 units of one common share and one warrant at $0.25 apiece.

Each warrant is exercisable at $0.25 for five years. The strike price is a 40.48% discount to $0.42, the March 1 closing share price.

Aeolus is a Laguna Niguel, Calif.-based pharmaceutical company.
