S&P: AEG Power view developing
Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on AEG Power Solutions BV to developing from positive.
At the same time, the agency said it affirmed the B- long-term corporate credit rating on AEG Power Solutions.
The agency said the outlook revision reflects S&P's lack of information on the potential acquisition of AEG Power Solutions' ultimate parent, 3W Power SA, by Andrem Power SCA.
