Cel-Sci plans to conduct public sale of common stock, warrants

Deal sells securities via bookrunner Laidlaw, co-manager Dawson James

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 18 - Cel-Sci Corp. said it plans a public offering of common stock and warrants.

Laidlaw & Co. (UK) Ltd. is the bookrunner. Dawson James Securities, Inc. is the co-manager.

Based in Vienna, Va., Cel-Sci develops treatments for cancer and infectious diseases.
