CellStar gets waiver from revolver lenders regarding 10-K filing delay

New York, April 15 - CellStar Corp. got a waiver from lenders under its revolving credit facility regarding the company's failure to file its form 10-K for the fiscal year ended Nov. 30, 2004 by the extended filing date of March 1, 2005, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday.

Lenders have agreed to give the company until May 16 to file the 10-K.

Wells Fargo Foothill Inc. is the agent on the loan.

The waiver is effective as of April 14.

CellStar is a Carrollton, Texas-based provider of logistics services to the wireless communications industry.
