Portland, Ore., Sept. 9 – Celanese US Holdings LLC began a roadshow on Tuesday in London for a €300 million public offering of non-callable five-year senior notes, according to a market source.

The roadshow continues on Wednesday in London and Paris.

Joint bookrunner Deutsche Bank will bill and deliver. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, HSBC, JPMorgan and Royal Bank of Scotland are also joint bookrunners.

Barclays, Commerzbank, Morgan Stanley, MUFG, PNC Capital Markets LLC and SMBC Nikko are the co-managers.

The Dallas-based chemicals company plans to use the proceeds to redeem its 6 5/8% senior notes due 2018.
