Aegis Mortgage servicing rights auction and sale hearing postponed

Pittsburgh, March 12 - Aegis Mortgage Corp. has postponed the auction and hearing for the sale of its loan servicing rights, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The auction was scheduled to be held on March 12, and the sale hearing was set for March 13. No new dates have been set yet.

As previously reported, the auction has been postponed twice before.

Aegis Mortgage, a Houston-based mortgage production franchise, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 13, 2007. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-11119.
