Aegis Mortgage creditors committee reappointed following resignation

Pittsburgh, Sept. 13 - Aegis Mortgage Corp.'s U.S. Trustee reappointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case following the resignation of the representative of Aurora Loan Services, LLC, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Carol White of First Advantage Credco, Poway, Calif., was appointed to replace Justin D. Balser of Aurora Loan Services.

The other committee members are Didier Siffer of Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Capital LLC., New York and Peter Chudy of UBS Real Estate Securities Inc., New York.

Aegis Mortgage, a Houston-based mortgage production franchise, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 13. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-11119.
