Moody's reviews Cedar Fair

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Cedar Fair, LP's Ba3 corporate family rating and B1 probability-of-default rating on review for downgrade after the company said it agreed to be acquired by an affiliate of Apollo Global Management for $2.4 billion.

The likely increase in leverage and change in financial policies under equity sponsor ownership are the primary factors driving the review, Moody's said.
