CCM Merger to hold credit facility lender call on Wednesday

New York, April 16 - CCM Merger Inc. is planning on holding a conference call on Wednesday morning for credit facility investors, according to a market source.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the lead bank on the deal.

CCM is the owner of the MotorCity Casino Hotel in Detroit.
