Spain's Fertiberia starts fixed-income meetings Wednesday for new bond

Chicago, April 17 – Fertiberia Corporate SLU started fixed-income investor meetings on Wednesday for a new senior secured bond issue, according to a notice.

The €175 million of new bonds will have a four-year tenor.

Arctic Securities and Pareto Securities are joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the existing 9.922% senior secured bond issued by Global Agrajes SL due in 2025.

Subject to completion of the new bond issue, all of the existing bonds will be redeemed in full.

The fertilizer company is based in Spain. It changed its name in September 2023.
