CBS completes $2.5 billion five-year amended, restated revolver

Columbus, Ohio, June 10 – CBS Corp. amended and restated its $2.5 billion unsecured revolving credit agreement on Thursday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The new agreement has a five-year term with two one-year extension options. It amends and restates the company’s agreement dated Dec. 2, 2014, which was due to expire in December 2019.
JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. acted as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners.
JPMorgan is the administrative agent, Citibank, NA the syndication agent and Bank of America, NA, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Morgan Stanley MUFG Loan Partners, LLC and Wells Fargo Bank, NA the co-documentation agents.
The agreement contains provisions substantially similar to those in the company’s previous credit agreement.
