Millenkamp Cattle gets interim access to cash collateral

Olympia, Wash., April 16 – Millenkamp Cattle, Inc. received interim approval to use cash collateral, according to an order filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho.

The order gave lenders Rabo AgriFinance, LLC, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., MetLife Real Estate Lending LLC and Conterra Holdings, LLC adequate protection liens.

The Jerome, Idaho-based cattle company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on April 2 under case number 24-40158.
