S&P rates BlackRock Funding notes AA-

S&P said it assigned its AA- rating to BlackRock Funding Inc.'s proposed senior notes due 2029, 2034 and 2054.

The outlook is stable.

BlackRock Funding, a wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock Inc., is issuing senior notes.

“The stable outlook reflects the outlook on parent company BlackRock Inc.,” S&P said in a news release.
