Catholic Health Services, N.Y., prepares $79.23 million revenue bonds

New York, May 5 - The Nassau County Local Economic Assistance Corp. of New York is set to price $79.23 million of series 2014 revenue bonds for Catholic Health Services of Long Island, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (//BBB+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the corporation's series 2004 revenue bonds for St. Francis Hospital.
