Moody's rates Catholic Health bonds Aa2/VMIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Aa2/VMIG1 ratings to Catholic Health Initiatives' $200 million of series 2008C-2, C-4, C-6 and C-9 variable-rate revenue bonds to be issued by the Colorado Health Facilities Authority and $50 million of series 2008C-2 variable-rate bonds to be issued by Montgomery County, Ohio.

The Colorado issues include $40 million each of subseries C-2 and C-4 and $60 million each of subseries C-6 and C-8.

Sale of the bonds is expected on April 23.

The outlook is stable.
