S&P rates Solenis B-

S&P said it assigned its B- issuer credit rating and stable outlook to Solenis Holding Ltd., the parent company of Olympus Water Holdings IV LP following the company's recent decision to publish financials at current parent Solenis.

“We will now publish rating reports at Solenis. There is no change to the company's business, financials, or management following this change in filing entity. Consequently, our rating considerations–including our view of the business risk profile, financial risk profile, and liquidity–remain unchanged.” the agency said in a statement.
